Q: Do you provide refunds?
A: Myasiatrade.com acts on good faith with all customers and in regards to the issue of refund, we will do our best to work with our customers to prevent such situation. However, if matters are not resolve, Myasiatrade.com is willing to provide a refund for clients with the following polices.
Products must be in BRAND NEW condition with packaging for refund. Products MUST be in unused state.
Customer will need to return the product(s) to Myasiatrade.com by courier after a refund request had been made. Product(s) will be examined . If the product is brand new and unused, we will provide a refund less 30% restocking fee. ( Shipping cost will be responsible by the customer. )
Customers who wish to claim a refund MUST notify us by email ONLY within 24 hours from shipment arrival date. A 30% restocking charge will be applied.
Under a refund situation, customer is responsible for any shipping cost for the product(s) to arrive at Myasiatrade.com. Myasiatrade.com will NOT accept any shipment if we are required to pay the courier shipping fee and such items will be returned to sender.
Q: Do you provide any warranty on the products I purchase from you?
A: Yes, we do provide 12 month warranties on computers and electronics only. Please refer to Terms and Conditions page for more details.
